Any larger appliances being moved need to be unhooked and ready to be moved. If you need the contact for a handyman, we have a few that we can recommend.
Keep with you anything you or your family will use on the day of your long distance move with you: license, a form of payment, keys. Line up childcare and pet care.
Decide what you will pack in the moving box. Packing similar items in each box will make labeling easier.
Label each box on the top and sides, indicating what contents are in the box (e.g., utensils, books, or sheets).
Label each box with what room it belongs in, so the movers know where to place it in your new home (e.g., if the box contains your sheets, mark it a primary bedroom). This will simplify unpacking since you won’t have to move items from one room to another after unloading.
Please give us as much time as possible, with respect to our staff and other potential customers. We understand things come up and we try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible.
